I wish Kang managed to get out to the 21st century with his tech broken and his army defeated. He's depicted as a brilliant scientist/engineer with excellent fighting skills, so the story could show how he utilize his expertise without his existing tech and army. Seeing him build his tech from scratch or fighting a bunch of SHIELD/SWORD/Hydra/CIA or whatever agents without his tech would be soo interesting.

I thought about it, but some viewers are worried that but can develop extremely quickly, which would be quite logical why they didn't do it in the film. I seriously thought that the arch of the Ant-Man character would end with his death at the hands of Kang and his subsequent transfer to our world.I thought of it as a variant of the finale and it would be quite unexpected, probably boldly

Funny u mention since there was a version of Ka g who did this. He was stuck in the 21st century and built his own company. One notable thing he did was buy Stark Tower after the Chaturi invasion

​@TheMorphingOne He definitely isn't at peace. Being truly at peace in real life means you don't need power or control to truly feel at peace. Kang is miserable because he constantly has to dominate others to feel good about himself. That is extremely weak. Strong people don't need that. Kang loses it emotionally very easily and is quick to anger. He is not at peace at all. He chases only temporary validation with his controlling mindset. That is a weak mindset and it keeps a person miserable.

I just wanna point out he was not defeated by ants. They merely distracted him.

If not for MODOK, Kang's armour wouldn't have been destroyed by the ants. And even ignoring that, his forcefield holding up so long against the equivalent of a type 2 civilisation is nothing to scoff at. Those aren't normal ants. Don't forget: Kang instantly vaporised many Freedom Fighters, redirected an energy beam shot out of Xolum's supernova star (confirmed in an interview), and one-shotted Ant-Man and Cassie in their enlarged forms with energy shockwave. And for those complaining that Kang died in this movie, the dude was killed countless times in the comics. He got stabbed by his own younger self (Iron Lad) and accidentally scattered his atoms throughout time when trying to beat Thor But Kang always returns

Yea can’t wait for Kang Dynasty and Secret Wars I think the Director Destin Daniel Cretton director of Shang chi will knock it out the park. He understands he has to deliver a very big movie so he will bring his A-game. He also had a preference of avengers he wants to lead in the film! Spiderman, Sam’s captain America, black Panther , she hulk and Hulk, Moon Knight Captain Marvel, and Feige wants Daredevil in there too. They’ll probably be a good collection of heroes some fighting on earth and some in the cosmic side I can’t wait for the ending where Kang wins and the Multiverse collapses causing a sick incursion on the big screen

Jonathan Majors did the good job playing both roles in Ant-Man and the Wasp Quantumania and Creed 3!!!😎🔥

The filmmakers of Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania opted to use Kang the Conqueror as the main antagonist of the third Ant-Man film to play with the figurative irony of pitting Kang, one of the biggest Marvel villains, against Ant-Man, commonly regarded as the littlest of the Avengers, to challenge one of the most subestimated heroes of the MCU.

The part where he uses his blasting powers to kill some people is my favorite part.

Not gonna lie, this seems like a sick idea for a survival game. You're stranded inside the quantum realm and meet this man who's ship can take you out if repaired, so you embark on a journey to gather the necessary resources with his help. But once you succeed and it seems the game is over, the man is revealed to be a genocidal maniac and you're forced to destroy the ship's core to prevent him from breaking free, leading to a new portion of the game where you have to find another way out while he hunts you.

Kang was exiled for being too hostile and for destroying timelines. He was too powerful for the other kang variants to stop him so instead he managed to get banished to the quantum realm where his powers are close to obsolete. We haven't seen the full force of kang yet, but we will soon.

So, theory. Remember when Arishem used a black hole to teleport to the dimension out of time. That portal had this red aura surrounding it. Look at the breach that Kang was sucked into. It has the same effect. What if Kang was sent Out of Time. With the Beyonder being the main villain of Secret Wars and is confirmed to be a Kang variant. The Beyonders live outside of time as well. Just a thought. It’s a theory and one thing I can think of that can save this damn film and the potential of this character.

I bet the Council weakened Kang and that's why he wasn't nearly as strong against Ant-Man as he was supposed to be. But it would have been nice to have it explained by scenes in the film. I mean, sure he looked strong once he regained access to his multiversal core, but nowhere near as powerful as he was supposed to be when erasing entire timelines.

It's actually very shameful what they did Kang in Disney MCU 🤦‍♀️ But in the comics he was OP like Thanos & Dr. Doom level op 💪

He's traversed the entire timestream. He's learnt countless martial arts along the way lol. It's not inconceivable he bumped into some of the greatest martial artists along the way. Wenwu from Shang Chi even👀. Either way he's proficient in anything that isn't superhuman. He's like peak human everything with tech that can't be matched by litteraly anyone we've seen so far (Iron Man, Shuri etc.). Reed Richards and Doctor Doom are on a similar level tho. I'd argue Reed could even be higher. Doom less so because he's a jack of all trades.

I’m guessing the Ant-Man suits grants the wearer superhuman durability even while at normal size. We see a glimpse of this in the previous Ant-Man and the Wasp movie where Scott survives a kick from Ghost who has superhuman strength and managed to send him flying through a wall while Scott is normal sized.

@@rayquaza_is_da_boi8661 idk, even if the suits do give the wearer super durability...those beams seem more than just brute force, they seemed like erasing people from existence, like....instant-death beam, so idk if durabiilty would've done anything for that :/.

Wow the good guys won again for the millionth time! Gee can’t wait for another plot armor movie to come up!

Costume was great.. wish we got to see some of his arsenal of weaponry.. dude pulls out heavy plasma cannons and energy swords from portals

In the Quantum Realm, he's cut off from time, so he couldn't pull any weapons from time portals.

He shouldn’t have. Or he should have at least lost. The whole “we just both need to lose” thing didn’t even happen. He was rescued immediately. Movie wasn’t good

It was supposed to happen. You are considering kang a bodily threat like thanos. Kang being defeated by ants or HWR by Silvie doesnt matter. Time flows in loop in multiverse. Kang is a irreversable end of multiverse for all time always. Then one of varient will restart universe...

I liked this movie, but the main thing they should've changed was Kang should've killed Ant-Man. Just to display his power even in the quantum realm. It would've made him more of a threat in the future instead of all these kids talking about "he was beaten by ants"

Annoyed that he didn't make it out of there. Where did he end up i wonder?

I think he’ll get the power to move in time without the need of his chair. I think this version of kang is he who remains but the young version before he becomes more peaceful. He vests trapped in his engine to then gain the ability to travel time at a whim

More like he’s a version of Kang that was exiled by the Council of Kang Once all Kangs fought eachother in a multiverse war, destroying countless universes and timelines The One Who Waits was a Kang who was able to survive and prevent the creation of new timelines by creating the TVA and delete timelines that could have created another Kang Once the One Who Waits died, new timelines were created and new Kangs came to be Instead of fighting eachother some Kangs unite together forming the Council of Kang The Kang in Antman was either a survivor of the original Kang War marooned in the Quantum Realm Or more likely a Kang that fell in disagreement with the Council and was exiled He seemed to lost much from them and swore revenge had he been able to escape, attempting to restart the Kang War against the Council of Kang

I really hope that Jonathan Majors is innocent. It wouldn’t be the first time a black man, has been falsely accused of a crime, and the whole thing could just be another johnny depp vs Amber heard situation.

Only one proper movie appearance but he's immediately irreplaceable. That's how good he played Kang.

He had the power to stop time on Janet how the heck did he not use that on either people..Kang defeated by ant man pretty much shows the avengers won't need to worry taking him down

Much as im disappointed after all dese months of hype I admit when I saw 4:03 I’m like wow out loud like that imagine if he had his full power I can imagine thanos using one of the stones to attack him n he just reverse it back like he did here
