Well known and delicious breakfast recipe from Maharashtra .. It makes a wholesome breakfast to start a day :) Very simple method and quick recipe, please do try :)
Ingredients
2 cups thick poha or gatti avalakki
2-3 tbsp oil
1/4 cup raw peanuts
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp urad dal
1/2 tsp chana dal
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3-4 green chilies finely chopped
4-5 fresh curry leaves
1 cup finely chopped onion
1/4 tsp hing
Salt to taste
1 tsp sugar ( optional) Adjust according to taste
3-4 tbsp fresh coconut scraped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2-3 tbsp fresh coriander leaves finely chopped
