We stayed at KAN Tulum, a 5-star hotel in the Yucatec Maya.
Tulu'um) is the site of a pre-Columbian Mayan walled city that served as a major port for Coba, in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. Tulum Is today a popular site for tourists.

KAN is designed to be a place where you can disconnect your‘self’ from the ordinary and enjoy being transported into a symbiosis with the natural world.
On their website, KAN is writing: The mysticism of KAN fills your day with the multisensorial activities and amenities found throughout. From exploring, to swimming, to stargazing and meditating.
Although I do agree that parts of their hotel are relaxing and beautiful, there's not much to explore and even less to do.
I would definitely recommend trying it for a couple of days, but I would not have chosen the hotel for week-long vacations. A hotel in Quintana Roo I most definitely do recommend for as long as you could afford is:
