So I hear they got rid of XSY in V5.
Which is what I used here.

Overwhelming in an underwhelming way, now that I've sat down and really thought about it.
The interface is too dark, there's so much going on, so much... muchness
I think I'll stick to V4, until a really good V5 comes out or something
I don't want to upgrade to be with the cool kids
I want to upgrade because I think the software looks worth it and neat
And as things are right now, I don't think so.
That's just my two cents though.
Anyway, that's the last of my covers for now.

I definitely agree about the interface I’ve gotten really accustomed to the green gray color scheme so seeing it changed it kinda strange. XSY being removed is weird?? I feel like it was a really cool feature and incentivized making multiple banks for one character. Maybe the new voice color feature (which is pretty much EVEC) is trying to replace it? I’m not really sure. Overall I’m excited because it’s Vocaloid 5 but I’m also weary

I think it's cool that EVEC has basically become standard now But like Why u remove XSY It definitely had flaws, lots of them actually, but you coulda just worked on them instead of removing the entire feature, jesus fuck
Ok honestly if you did a Gakupo cover of Vampire Pathos I'm fairly certain it would be the only song I'd listen to for the rest of my life. Take your time and take care of yourself between these fantastic covers though!
the only thing that will make me upgrade to v5 is kaito and meiko v5 tbfh

And when you import a vsqx to vocaloid5 it changes some of the things that you do with pitch and sounds really bad, you need to return the pitch parts, my plan of edit in Vocaloid 4 and import to vocaloid5 to put some new things is dead :'v
