Actually kaito represents a couple of characters, the character he opposes isn't the same as the one in the video lol which is kinda interesting since even though they're all voiced by the same vocaloid they are very different characters (lmao why am I replying to a 3 year old comment)

"Daughter" is in quote marks because the "daughter" is actually a doll. Btw, this song is part of the Evillious Chronicles series. Gallerian (the guy in the video) thinks the doll has the soul of his dead daughter Michelle who died years before this song takes place, which is not true (the doll has the soul of a different person in it).
