For pitching the awning I always peg it against the caravan first, this way it gives you the opportunity to get as close of a seal as possible to the caravan and then from there you can always slacken it off if you have over pegged it.

Do you have a inner tent/sleeping area for a Ace Air Pro 400?

Are you referring to the additional Annexe which zips on instead of the side panel, or the bedroom compartment which goes inside of the awning (taking up your living room)?

Yes, there is a bedroom compartment which you can buy to put inside the awning.
