Kamelot is a top tier band, excellence in musicianship, storytelling, live performance, and just great all-around dudes.

You guys have to make a reaction to the new Kamelot DVD live "I Am The Empire - Live From The 013". If Tommy Karevik (vocalist) impressed you on "Liar Liar", at this concert, he is going to transport you into the stratosphere and drop you plummeting until you hit the ground at terminal speed!!!

4:20 this drummer left Kamelot in 2018 and now drums for Queensryche. Casey Grillo. And 7:00 ...the singers 'real job', he's a fire-fighter (no, really!). Also, he and Kobra Paige from Kobra And The Lotus just got married earlier this year.

also he is the singer for seventh wonder, an other great swedish band. I know kamelot is american but tommy is swedish.

you should check his other band out. lead singer of kamelot now is tommy kerivak from "seventh wonder" you havent heard anything until you hear them.

Alright guys, do yourselves a HUGE favor and shut up and pick up a copy of the One Cold Winters Night Blu-Ray, this will show you KAMELOT in there element with their former lead singer Roy Khan. Simply an amazing display of professionalism and prowess.

This singer of Kamelot does an amazing job, he's great, but... Have you guys heard Roy Khan already!? That dude's voice is one of the most incredible ones I've ever heard, it has an amazing quality. If you want to enjoy the full range of it, I would totally recommend Elizabeth Part I, II and III from the live dvd. If that song is a bit too long, the March of Mephisto is pretty amazing. Or any other one, really. xD The Haunting if you want to hear him team up with Simone Simmons from Epica. ;)

I used to be a hardcore Roy Khan era Kamelot fan. I was so disappointed when Roy quit and Tommy came in. However I gotta say that Tommy Karevik does an amazing job keeping up the Kamelot legacy. And he has very similar voice to Roy....

I thought Kamelot would be finished when Roy left. But hot damn, Tommy is an absolute titan.

Check out The Agonist, Alyssa sang and screamed for that band before taking up the vocals for Arch Enemy

Tommy Karevik is an AMAZING vocalist and the PERFECT man to take over the incomparable Roy Khan's mantle. Alissa White-Gluz is such a powerful female lead vocalist. I honestly prefer her clean vocals to the scratchy, growly vocals she uses so often in Arch Enemy. Her voice is GORGEOUS!!!! She's not too bad lookin' either......

Liar Liar is one of my favorite Kamelot songs, but I wish the video didn't cut the song short since there's some really good parts of the whole song that are missing from the video. Kamelot is great.

Ah, I've been hoping you'd look at this one!! One of my favourites. Amazing song, amazing video. beautiful clean male vocals from Tommy and then there is Alissa reminding people that she doesn't just growl. This is one of those songs I'd always want to watch the video for because its so compelling! This song is one of the few that sits (mostly) within my vocal range and colour....if I can just develop the ability to sing that high C from the chorus...

Their videos always look amazing, like trailers for a movie. Like Phantom Divine.

Another awesome reaction! Been listening to Kamelot for many years. Here's a suggestion for a reaction. How about The Winery Dogs song "Oblivion" live? :) Featuring one of the best bass players in the world (IMO).

This song is an attack on the poetic style of religion. We all know that it is poetic ideas instead of factual science. The universe is unknown to us and it is meant to be that way. When we die we can access the truth but in this life we are bound to stupidity and the animal nature of our physical being. There is no judgement of this. We simply life this life just as we have lived billions of other lives we cannot remember. We are all eternal and unaware of our past existence in any form or being.

ah Kamelot imagine trying to replace one of the greatest male vocalist of the genre it should have killed the band but they got so lucky. For me Tommy isn't Roy but he is doing a stellar job of keeping the band moving forward and I think that is an achievement in and of itself!

Tommy may not be Roy, but he can certainly hold his own.

Might have to give post-Khan Kamelot another shot. I stopped listening after Khan left the band due to health concerns.

Kamelot with Khan is Khanmelot, but without Khan, is Kameless

If you want to listen to Alissa's clean vocals you should check out her former band The Agonist old videos. Dont get me wrong. Alissa is great in Arch Enemy but they underused her vocal talents its annoying. Alissa can do more than just screams and growls, she can sing perfect melodies as well. It's a shame and a waste.
