ABOUT: 🔻
Kamelot is an American power metal band from Tampa, Florida, formed by Thomas Youngblood, in 1987. The Norwegian vocalist Roy Khan joined for the album Siége Perilous, and shared songwriting credit with Youngblood until his departure in April 2011.
Modern heavy symphonic metal leaders KAMELOT recently released their most introspective, uplifting, vital release to date - their first full-length in five years, The Awakening. Over the years they've summed up quite a lot of songs with female guest vocalists on their albums (could be ~15) and usually they take 1 or 2 guests with them on tour to perform them all live. They've just finished their North American Tour in which they brought Melissa Bonny along :) Under Grey Skies with Charlotte Wessels from the same concert is also really amazing. But any of their live videos is worth a watch, they are great live

Elize applied to be the band's singer in 2005 so she knew some songs but still needed the lyrics as it was 7 years apart but this was not 2020 but 2011-2013 and Elize was in the same band as now and Alissa has been in Arch Enemy since 2014

they have different female guests on their album and shows. Often, Melissa Bonny sing live the parts Alissa sing on the album and official video. On the latest album, they had Tina Quo play the cello part for them.
