@somecallmesean yes I'm aware, but it baffles me how that never use a voice changer or actor that can pull off a child's voice in anime. Kid goku is like 10 years old and they always give him a deep voice. They did good with Stephanie Nadolny, Saffron Henderson, Brianne Siddall & Barbara Goodson. Instead of rehiring these amazing actresses, they hire a completely new person that doesn't match Goku's child-like voice...

Btw Kid Goku is actually 15 during the fight against Demon King Piccolo. Remember, his 3 year training. Cuz he was confirmed 12 during the beginning of DB. It’s due to his Saiyan biology that he looks younger. They take longer to age compared to humans.

In some parts it does really resemble the old animation/art direction, but sometimes you can tell that CC2 couldn't help themselves and had to add unnecesary special effects, camera angles, modern Anime animation/art techniques, overanimated/wobbly face movement - stuff like that.
