Swiss hurdler, Ditaji Kambundji, ran to a new championships record in the women's 100m hurdles semi-final.
Her performance in the final was dominant, and she recorded a time of 13.03, which resulted in a winning margin of 0.39.

    Kambundji is not very tall either, somewhat shorter than the average in the field. She's just faster and has better technique.

    Kambunji could go faster if she bent her right arm at a 90-degree angle and took it back to a normal stride length. By keeping her arm straight and taking it so far back, she is slowing herself.

    @@coe141 then you should know it’s a technique used by many, mostly men, to distribute weight over the hurdle evenly. The likes of Tony Jarrett and Dayron Robles used it.
