"This is such a wack story. I spent 10 years working for the #1 (AMR) and #2 (RMA) private EMS companies in the world including 911 in Atlanta. I now work in an ER. This guy got sentenced because he defrauded Medicare/Medicaid and that’s a one way ticket to prison for a long time. These companies are meticulous about making sure that the transports for non emergencies are medically necessary. The hospitals or facilities have to provide a Physician Care Sheet (PCS) that is signed by a doctor, registered nurse, or care planner vouching for the medical necessity. If you don’t have it on file you’re going to prison. As you can tell he didn’t have them. That’s why it’s mandatory for ambulance companies, medical facilities, and hospitals to furnish Medicare/Medicaid Waste & Fraud compliance courses for employees. So EVERYONE KNOWS what happens if you fuck up"

I know I’ll get backlash from dudes extremely into anti-sjw culture for explaining this, but I’m not even mad because a lot of people don’t understand this. It’s extremely condescending when you refer to every black person that sounds white as “articulate.” You don’t realize what you’re doing, but at the root of your intent is “OH WOW A SMART BLACK GUY” because you attribute his white sounding speech patterns to intellect, and Ebonics to inferior intelligence. I know you’ll fight tooth and nail to say you would’ve called him articulate even if he was white, and that I’m the real racist, but as a black person who sounds white and grew up in g/t programs with all white kids, I’m the only one that got called “articulate.” Every well-spoken black person will tell you the exact same.

  • @StartsWithMeChannel

Noah I respectfully disagree with your opinion. I don’t know you, nor do I know what you’ve been through, but I do know non-white people who disagree with your comments and it doesn’t take much time to search around KZread to find many black people who completely disagree with you. I don’t doubt your perspective as it can very well be that what you’re saying is accurate to your experience. I think we need to stop thinking that because we experienced something, it much be true for everyone else. I’m also from Canada and our societal and historical experiences are different than the US. Either way, I think it’s worth broadening your perspective on this and being curious as to the widespread validity of what you’re saying. Peace and be well

Starts With Me [Mental Health] “I know non-white people who disagree with your comments” this might be the funniest shit I’ve ever heard. You remember the opinion of every black person you’ve met on this very specific subject matter that I’ve brought up. Also, thank you for only replying to the anecdotal statements I left at the end of my comment, and completely and blatantly ignoring my actual argument, so that you could dismiss it by explaining to me something I already understand. The word articulate is used by white people in America to refer to black people who sound white. This is a fact. I’m not saying that this is the only way in which it is used, however I brought it up in direct response to a blatant example of such. This has nothing to do with the white guilt you experienced from my comment. You disagree with my opinion on what specifically? That it is condescending to refer to black people that sound white as articulate at a statistically anomalous rate? Ok. If you’re disagreeing with the fact that black people that sound white are statistically referred to as articulate at a much higher rate than white people or black people that speak Ebonics, then that’s not an opinion. It’s an observation. If you’d like to complete a study on such, go ahead, but it has nothing to do with your opinion.

I love Usman he’s a damn good fighter. It’s important to understand building a wall is important for the US because every citizens taxes skyrockets when more people cross illegally. It has nothing to do with the fact they are immigrants. It’s not good for the economy nor the people to have to pay taxes out the ass and your trying to make a living. There is a reason why in every country you have to be a citizen legally in order to live in that country, and the US is no different. Not trying to make things seem heartless but it’s honestly reality of how an economy works, but what happened to Usmans father was uncalled for, fuck that judge.

ironside Fishing His Dad was proven to have defrauded Medicare and Medicaid by almost 3.7 million. It’s all clear in court records that this was done with his fathers KNOWLEDGE AND DIRECTION. “In total, First Choice and Royal billed Medicare and Medicaid $3,644,464.90 for the eighteen patients. Under Usman’s direction and approval, McNac, Outen, and other managers instructed company employees to modify the ambulance “runsheet” narratives to disguise the patients’ true conditions.” Basically they billed Medicare and Medicaid when they should NOT have. To the tune of 3.7 million and his son Doesn’t think they profited from that fraud at all???

let me help with your new found interest of kamaru usman kamaru is LYING for starters his dad did not have a perfect record like he claims here. he was arrested for theft in 1998 and he was on probation for drunk driving. that can easily be verified. if the dad had a clean record he would have gotten lesser time. second - kamaru claims his father did NOTHING wrong that it was the two employees that did it. Ask yourself this question, why would the employees do that ? to make money right? do you think they did it so the father can get rich? or so they can get money? where did that money go? the money that was overbilled to the government? the money was obviously put in the fathers business account. so why commit the crime if the father is getting the money? they didnt steal it from the dad because if they did he would press charges for embezzlement which he did not. that would have proven the father was innocent. they didnt embezzle because the father was sharing the money with them. its a very simple thing for the government to audit. very easy money trail to follow. the father filed an appeal. the appeal did not dispute his guilt. did not provide any evidence he was innocent. the appeal argued that his past criminal record should have been sealed as per past agreement and not used against him. they argued that he didn't steal over 3million that he should only be held accountable for over 1 million. very easy to present evidence that those two employees acted on their own by showing they were stealing the money. google "operation easy rider texas fbi" google Muhammed Nasiru Usman No. 10-11077 for the appeal i do not believe anything kamaru says because how can you take anything he says about the case when he falsely states his dad did not have a criminal record.

His dad was found guilty by the federal govt. They do not go after people until they have tons of evidence against them. This is fact, they spend years getting evidence. His father moved her and stole from our government. He stole from me and you. This man is getting his evidence from his father, no child wants to believe their parents are thieves. He did not show any evidence his father was innocent, but I bet the federal government has plenty you can look up. These aren't racist city cops who just stopped him because he was black. When it comes to stealing from govt they do not care about skin color. If the government cared about skin color then his family would not have been allowed in. In all honesty look into Nigerian scam artist. They are huge when it comes to stealing money. No just because he is Nigerian does not make him a criminal. But it is a terribly shady country when it comes to stealing from others and making millions. Don't get me wrong there is plenty of shady shit here. Trust me they got his ass

I know it must be hard. I can't imagine being a kid, and being essentially brought to a country where I didn't speak the language, didn't understand what they were talking about, and basically had to start over and learn everything from scratch. Even the parents who risk everything to come over here, just for a chance at a better life, knowing how hard it's going to be.. being at a disadvantage of not knowing the languages or the practices.

Yes! The ADOS are having a huge butt hurt moment bugging out on the black immigrants who come here and decide to use the system to upgrade and better themselves in this society, the thing is that these ADOS were here a long time ago and never choose to utilize this racist system to try and get things done for themselves by having access to the resources to do so. So these confused idiots see fit to blame the black immigrants for their failures. They are not blaming the white European immigrants for coming here and given access and unique privileges to become successful here in America though. Fucking madness is what this here is. He is blaming those two guys. Is saying that they did it on their own. Ok why would those guys do it on their own? whats in it for them to overcharge anyone? the city isnt paying them, they are paying the company. So what would motivate them to increase business? who decides to run a scam to just get their boss richer? if they werent getting a piece too? if you were to believe the father he had no idea how anything worked, he was hardly there and those two did everything. if those two were working on their own, they would also have stole from the company, there would have been a paper trail showing how those two were stealing money from the company. hes business was not complicated to where you cant trace the money. why do you think he got 15 years for?

@@topramenyayaya8258 Usman’s criminal history was twofold from Tarrant County state court: In 1998, he pleaded guilty and was placed on 12 months deferred adjudication probation for theft between $50-$500. Id. at ¶73. In 2007, Usman was placed on 3 years probation for a drunk driving incident near his home. Id. at ¶74. Because the federal convictions in the instant case occurred during the probationary period of the drunk driving incident, an additional two criminal history points were assessed pursuant to ¶4A1.1(d). Id. at ¶74. Four criminal history points yield a Criminal History Category of III. Id. For this reason, the two state court convictions (for petty theft and intoxication) formed a combined recidivism effect raising Usman’s Guidelines range from 168-210 to 210-262 months. that is straight from court above...copy and past it and look it up kamaru is lying about his dads past record google Muhammed Nasiru Usman No. 10-11077 this is the appeal they filed .. kamaru failed to tell joe rogan that his dad filed an appeal and it got denied look up "operation easy rider " very easy case to understand...dad is 100% guilty

You know why Usman doesn't use some of his new found wealth to hire a competent law firm to work on his dad's case? Because he's guilty. I don't blame him for believing his dad, that's what a son does. But for you to blindly believe that it's impossible for a Nigerian to commit fraud is pretty ignorant.
