For the first question: there can be many reason for why the wifes Libido has decreased. Some common reasons are: 1. the dynamic of the relationship changes after kids are born which can decrease libido. 2. Not all women get aroused from physical touch, for many its psychological, meaning acts of services, words of affirmations, putting effort into planning dates etc. which can lead to increased/decreased libido. 3. Lastly, hormonal changes and different health issues such as PCOS and ADHD cause decreased libido even for women in their 20's. My suggestions for the husband is to 1. For the first couple. You earn enough. Get a maid for household. Spend more time with the kids. Make sure your wife gets enough help around the house . Get gifts for your kids and wife. Pamper yourself and your wife. Quality time with your family is the key. Praise her, and tell her what you would like .. not want. Tell her that you still fancy her . I believe that will help.

Obesity and eating patterns are a major factor for hormonal changes after kids and that lead to low sex drive and lethargy.She needs to address her hormones and eating patterns .

Been working from home for 2 years now and I have to say it also falls under the catagory of "Door k dhol sohaany". When I used to go out, work from home seemed the peaceful option, now I know if I start going out for work it'll be fun for a while and then I'll miss work from home. So as you said balance is the key, doesn't matter if you're doing work from home or physical office work, on the weekend at least try something new.

A woman will only submit and "adjust" if she knows that the guy is physically, mentally and financially more stronger than her and can take care of the next gen better than her. I worked from home even before covid. And yes, not only can it get monotonous but the worst thing is. That you forget the balance between work and home life. So I would actually get dressed and take my portable monitors with their stands to a Starbucks or another coffee shop and spend the day at the coffee shop As my office. I think your fear that if you put two people in touch with each other and things don’t work out, you bear part of the blame is not warranted. But yes before giving contact details of the lady you should ask if she wishes to be put in contact with a stranger which neither she nor you know (essentially a blind date situation). But as long as she is open to the idea, no harm putting the two people in touch with a clear disclosure that you do not know either individual and they need to treat this as a blind date and gave full responsibility for all tapteesh that goes into a rishta. Oh there are plenty of scammers and criminals but the average person I have encountered does have a sense of ethics. Just saying.
