Enjoyed your video and tips on using your Kamado Joe while smoking Baby Back Ribs. I've prepared BB ribs on my KJ smoker / grill and have used a rib rack @ 225-250 degrees for 2.5 hours, then wrap in butcher paper to prevent burning / drying out the ribs for another 50 minutes- 1 hour. Un wrap, add BBQ sauce, back on the KJ for another 30 minutes. I prep my BB ribs with yellow mustard with rub overnight. Can't go wrong.

I love how you just nonchalantly took two pieces of salmon added a rub and cooked them along with the ribs and took them off with just a small mention at the video's conclusion. You had the extra space so why not. Video was very entertaining. Maybe we can have you as a guest on our podcast Baseball and BBQ. Hope the shoulder keeps getting better.

A lemon one drop is one of the best flavor sources according to the local native bbq in Lake Wales on Ohio street. The lemon one drop was like starting selling on Amazon back when it was affordable. Now the one drop recipe is only available from the best Ohio street bbq grill in Lake Wales Florida in the heart of the thriving citrus industry in central Florida.

Meat can be tender, but still not be busting with juice! Everybody has their own signature technique for grilling. But! One thing about my BBQing method - that is far more different than this method, is that - I NEVER cook without basting with beer, and I always use a vinegar/oil-based marinade when basting. I usually start my cook with EXTREMELY high and intense heat. And then, after the 1st turn, and the juices are sealed into the meat from the intense heat, I'll dial the temperature down to a slow and steady cook. Then, everytime I turn my meat, I baste my meat...NO EXCEPTIONS! Then, before the ribs are done, and they get a little limber and flexible when handled from one end of the rib, stack them like a deck of upright cards on the cold side of the grill, and baste them with a coating of honey, brown sugar, mustard...all combined, and mixed with your favorite bbq sauce. Just don't be in a hurry, and let 'em smoke for a couple of hours, or until they fall off the bone...AND THEY WILL!
