I think there was an issue with a crowded restaurant that was courtside with patrons making a lot of noise. Then she starts complaining that her hotel room fan is really loud so she can't get any sleep. It all sounds crazy, but I think she was basically just exhausted and had enough that day.

If you listen close at the beginning she says her hotel is noisy and she only got 5 hrs sleep, so she's likely already on edge. There is a longer video of this where, in addition to this exchange, you see the drama with the restaurant, which is right next to the court for some reason. The supervisor says "we're working on it", which is not satisfactory to Anna. In fact, while Danilovic is serving she herself walks over to ask them to be quiet while they play, which Anna smiles at in appreciation. It's sweet. Later, on Anna's serve, the announcers say "someone is moving a table." She's not being dramatic for no reason; everyone has an issue with it. I feel bad for her. Anna won this set, but lost the match.
