Composer in picture twice, at 18:13 & 18:43; light jacket & purple shirt. Can't imagine what he's thinking, but he looks happy.

The concerto should have ended at 20:15. The later bars are only a filler for a lousy forte finish. Too bad.

Compare this to a work (which would be most if not all works) by my countrymen, Williams, Glass, and Adams which would be better still if they never began at all.

I had never heard of Aho until now, so I decided to listen to some of his work. I have to say “not for me”. I don’t judge until I have tried, I tried but no. I was disappointed so had to ‘Finnish” off with Sibelius no.2. More tune and more to my taste. SORRY,

The camera work is horrendous, what a cheap video, I hope that this wasn't broadcasted over regular television. The video does not do justice to the music of Aho. We missed watching the different sections of the orchestra in so many interesting parts.
