Loved it! Maybe try to " message " the Kale before eating it! Can't wait to try the dressing. That looks really good. Love the idea with adding apples. I made mine with cranberries and it was gooood. Also cucumbers, tomatoes, crumbled feta cheese, macadamia nuts, and country ranch! Mmmmmm

Olive oil is a healthy fat. I’d be more concern about sugars for weight loss. Read your labels and you’ll see it’s in almost anything.

Awesome well done video, and it sounds too good not to try with my curly kale fresh from the garden. Here's a tip for anyone else able to grow their own. To keep the bitterness really low, harvest your greens early in the morning, while they are still in their night shade mode. I need the blender now. :)

Girl REPRESENT! Thank you for using a REAL knife! Everyone can find a good knife under $20 and a good set of knives under $100 it makes such a difference when cooking.

How much vinegar do you add to the dressing...it just says remains but there is no total amount given anywhere that I can see...just 1 tsp in the salad at the beginning.

Your lemon looks like an orange. Is it really a lemon?
