Hi I bought a kal chatti and seasoned it for 20 days. Now started to cook. I prepared sambar in it and noticed that oil kind of sticky substance oozing out at the sides and bottom sides. What's the mistake? Can u help me out?

For one week, you just boil water and pour it of when it becomes cool… repeat the process for 10 days… 10 days later start to cook you will not have any extra oil oozing out, after doing it for 10 days, of you feel so, it's nothing to worry, the oil which you used to cook… that's the speciality of kalchatty
