This performance was done on July 16, 2014, which was the day the "Best Of Red" and "Best Of Blue" albums were released. Tickets were announced for the Budokan concerts that would happen next year.
"Oblivious," "Storia," "Alleluia," and "Heavenly Blue" were performed. Sadly, "Storia" was blocked in 248 different countries, so it won't be available here.
The original video came from a Russian and Eastern European Yuki Kajiura and Kalafina fan group. I tend to release my scans there online in addition to downloads.
