I absolutely love this kajoor. My mums friends have made it for us in the past but my sister inlaws have just come back from Pakistan and their mum made this kajoor fresh and sent it for us. I was eating it last night. Thank you for the recipe, I will be trying it myself xx

The reason why that could happen is that when you are about to take the kajoors out of the hot oil you need to turn the flame up so it doesn’t absorb more oil
