Kaizen Foam for my Milwaukee Packout Boxes

Ойын-сауық

I bought a few Milwaukee packout boxes! In this video I organize my tools in them, and cut some Kaizen foam to hold the tools. I will have more videos of the tool collection in the near future.

    I am a homeowner with a day job who does not do anything construction related for a living. That being said I am working on framing out my basement and Bought this kzread.infoUgkxHQsUrwNr5GQrnx9V4xDdUr56qxwuiBHt gun. I have done a few walls already, have probably shot a couple hundred nails through this thing and have yet to have a misfire. It works awesome, good depth on every nail if you have your compressor set right. My literal only complaint is that it is a bit heavy and my arm can get a little tired especially whrn I am nailing at odd angles. That being said I am super happy with it and would buy it again. Hoping the old girl allows me to get my whole basement finished out!

    I find it comical when people comment about other people's tools being to clean or look like they haven't been used. If you wanna buy $300-10,000 dollars worth of tools and just throw them around that's your decision, just like its other people's decision to take care of their tools and keep them as mint as possible. I try to take care of my tools as much as possible because its how I make a living. I had a friction ring twist off a newer bosch impact today. Luckily I still had my 7 year old impact with the same ring and took it off that. I could order the part but I probably have another old tool that I no longer use with the same spec ring as its a 1/2'' anvil.

    I have duplicates of nearly every tool in my work truck, so I don’t have to move tools back and forth from my garage. Even my home sets look beat up. It doesn’t take too many project to take the nice sheen off a drill or scratch a box. I’ve never seen a battery that hasn’t been dropped. If someone shows up to a job with tools this clean, you’re in trouble.

    High Tide I have to agree. I mind my Milwaukee tools really well and even clean them but after dozens and dozens of car projects, building projects and diy my tools are scuffed. No way to avoid that really.

    Awesome job on the organization. Looking into it myself. I would also cut out some grab areas to the right and left of the handles on the tools so it would be easier to put them in and pull them out. Currently reorganizing my packout boxes and just got the 10 in tote because I needed something small and compact.

  • @markw2266

    @markw2266

    4 жыл бұрын

    Not really, the 5.0's were lasting so long it wasn't worth the extra weight in impact guns. We were putting everything on charge overnight anyways. I had 8- 5.0's and 4 -2.0's on a big project a couple of years ago and the 2.0's were always gone. Just lighter and can fit in smaller places. Wasn't just my opinion the fact that they were the choice said it all. If your drilling, yes the 5's are a better idea but running self cutters and tapping holes with the impacts the smaller batteries are nice. Wasn't that impressed with the 12 volt line. Has its place but the 18volt is so much stronger in the drill and impact drivers.
