I keep coming back to the Kairos 2. 0 clue what to do with the extra space currently, but 3 bedrooms will immediately be in use. Lol guest, master, office&crafts.

I keep coming back to this one.... I think it's my favorite floor plan! There's not anything major I'd change about this house.

Never been a fan of mobile homes but this one was very pretty the finishes were on point mobile home industry has really stepped up

I know mobile homes have been making big improvement. Especially on the inside. The Tate mobile home has a double wide refrigerator.

Definitely changed my mind on mobile homes. This is beautiful. I am definitely going to look into mobile homes when I'm prepared to buy a home.

Well t95v they are built a lot better now than they have ever been the three quarter inch plywood floors they have vinyl siding but you never have to paint or replace they have shingle roofs and concrete to tie down and a steel frame they can withstand the storm of 140 miles an hour the rated for a hundred forty miles an hour we like to get them titled as an actual home selling with the lot.

Love the home but can do without the floor a/c vents.

Studies for future investments is why I look at what is on the market . The cost of new construction is tremendously high .

I walked through this triple wide mobile home and decided to have no music in the back ground. Is this an improvement or is music in the background a better choice?

maybe some soft music would work but better lighting with a much slower detail oriented walk through stating different options and suggestions is definitely needed. (WOMEN are better at that sort of thing) UPGRADES $$

The soft/low music in the background is fine; however, please provide room measurements of ALL the rooms, if necessary. I do love the caption of the room measurements, but I'd like to know how large the living room or family room and dining room, as well. Thanks, and GREAT JOB!!!

Pretty home but I would change where the thermostat is behind the sectional should be on the other end of the wall

1. Do you deliver in GA? 2. I see the can lights in the living room, however I only see two pendant lights in the kitchen. What other lights are in the kitchen, dining roon, & family room. 3. This is my favorite mobile home, but I'd like HVAC vents in the ceilings, & better closet in BRM 4.

Why can't they put the register in the base of the wall. You get the heat down low, as hot air rises in the winter. Nice home. I would put a utility sink in the utility room, and a coat rack.

The banks said the future sale is Condos and town homes .

I have honestly sent this one house in 3 different videos 2 myself not realizing it. This is honestly my favorite one I have ever seen. I honestly would donate body parts and organs for this. I honestly love it that much. So anyone who has a lot of money needing a organ, get up with me. I can spare a lung, kidney part of a liver what ever. I have a a extra arm couple of fingers and toes even a leg I can part out with. Get up with me, we can make a deal and work something out..

Very nice but ..I think in the kitchen I had rather have the sink in the island..for your working triangle...you wouldnt have to walk as far...in the kitchen... Just my thought...but really nice

Wall between living room ? Dont like open space if possible

The kitchen totally needs reconfigured. Not enough cupboards and dont care for opening to livingroom. To reach sink from stove you have to go around center island. Sink in laundry area would be nice for the price. I love the rest of it though.

The kitchen and family living room is totally blocked off from one another. I found it too choppy for me.

Where is this House?

There should be a foyer for such a large home. The kitchen design is not practical with the sink so far from the stove. Also the pass through should being on the family room side rather into the formal living room.

If the banks could sell this home for 150000 with the lot . That means you own the lot would you purchase this . I tried the said they can build town homes and condos cheaper at this time except in small towns .

With the lot I can get it titled as a home .

Actually more : I believe they will charge you sales tax , you have to get water to it (a well) septic or sewer, connect power. Its kind of a lot for a mobile home

Why is this home $50,000 - $100,000 over other mobile/manufacturered homes? Basically it looks pretty much the same inside. I see no mable/granite countertops, or anything that is considered ‘high end’ I mean nothing. AND does this come in a 3 bedroom? I don’t need a 4 bedroom and I could even do away with the half bath too. How about finding out if this price might have a garage included too???

No I do not like a closet for my clothes in the bathroom, because, if someone is having a luxurious bath for an hour...how do I get something I may need out of the closet? Make a bedroom entry. Also, I have seen other homes with ceiling vents, so, change that, too. Other than that...meh.

Well, thats cause that bathtub is usually used only by the couple or mother/father who owns the house. Is not like everybodys trying to get something out of YOUR closet randomly. Besides, if it is a couple who owns the house, and thats their bedroom, I wouldnt mind watching my missus taking a bath, or her watching me. Hell, I'd even join her and have some fun.

I’d loose the 4 th bedroom. And hate carpet.

No sound. Also the kitchen pantry is way to small for the size of the home, as well as the closets!

Closet space in guest bedrooms are way to small

I'm sorry but this home is not worth 200,00 dollars . It screams manufacturer prefab ..you can build a really nice custom brink home for that.

@@ElliesChaoticWorld A home in your area will double and triple in value. Mobile Homes drop to half price after only 4 years. Why? Because they are trailer materials. Just like an RV looses value, so does a Mobile Home. If you rent a lot to keep it on and the rent gets too high. It's going to cost an arm and a leg to move it. And if you sell it, you are not going to get squat. There is a lot to learn from others who have had to do this. Now if you own your own land, the land value could make up for the loss. Just think it through.

Not the best I’ve seen in that price range. Too much to pay for something that depreciates in value.$200,000 today and worth only $100,000 in about 5 yrs. Buy a house. It will be worth more later.

I really like this home, I just wished that the master was not off the living room.

Fuzzy, blurry video, fast turns, just awful! The professional ones I just looked at were real crisp, clear and steady!

Whoever designed that fourth bedroom closet doesnt live in the real world. I saw a lot of wasted space opprtunities where closets could be bigger. Why would you put a makeup vanity area in and have the mirror at the same height as the sink mirrors. Bring that down. And one more inportant thing...never...ever...put carpet in. Spreading the laminant or vinyl throughout will make it feel bigger.

In 5 years this would loose so much value it would be unreal..I couldnt never resale it an get your money because of the value dropping so quickly on it..some thing beautiful but has no value!!!!

The thing is to let them do the framing, and the tape and texture but there would have to be some upgrades to roof pitch, doors, cabinetry & exterior walls.

Could do without shoving the scriptures of the Bible in the video. Save it for your church.
