As to address the issue about students' accommodation, register with the colleges that your property is available and up to standard for rent to students. The college will take photos etc before the student move in and after the student move out. Any damage to the property, the college will hold student libel to the damage. The student's graduation certificate will be held until student pays up for the damages. The colleges should hold a few weeks freshers week where international student will be asked to attend classes and lectures to expose them to local community concerns. All problems will be sorted. To both sides use your heads.
