The licenses are really expense, so unless the devs have ALOT of money I don't think they will get the licenses unfortunately

I personally don't like it. I just loved the old game and having all the Godzilla kaiju in the game. I'm not mad at the devs ofc. It's not their fault. But I am mad at Toho. There was literally no reason at all for them to do what they did.

Ironically enough, the coolest kaiju in ku at the moment is the crab since it is an original kaiju with a unique moveset. This is also looking like an edgy creatures of sonaria

You should have a look at the Minecraft mod “prehistoric nature” it has over 800 prehistoric animals from the pre-cambrian all the way to the Jurassic at the moment the Jurassic is still being worked on so yea but they are going until the present day the creatures are as accurate as they can be within the restrictions of Minecraft and they will update animals and there models if new research comes out on them with noticeable differences

The amount of growth and profit Toho would make off this wouldn't be nearly as much as you would think as games like this being in a small number of people to the godzilla brand compared to other ventures then you have to take out the people who are playing it who are already godzilla fans and the ones who just play this game and don't consume any other toho media

I said it before and I will say it again. They will be never getting a license for the game. They either can't afford the license itself or the loss that they will get if they managed to get one. I'm pretty sure they will not be able to profit off of it if the cut is around 30-50% of the game's revenue. It's the harsh reality of game development, I knew it from the start that they will not be getting one.

The crab is brand new but three old kaiju were reskinned. Specifically Gigan, Mr Muto and Megalon, the latter of which being who Beaver used.

beaver, how about you check out the new map on kaiju universe, exploring it would take up an entire video in itself! just select your kaiju, click play and before you select tokyo go down below all the spawn locations and click "gamemode" it will pop up a menu, click "new map" and your playing the new map with updated buildings and new super cool features including water gravity, whenever your swimming as a non flying kaiju and hit the surface you slowly fall back into the water and a buch of other really fu stuff
