He didn't ask for applause a single time, he delivered the best routine ever, with very artistic and unique posing, without raising his hand a single time begging for the crowd to applaud him and hype up. Kai, back in 2007 when he didn't have a gut yet, he was truly amazing and massively aesthetic.

Lozy Man Only just discovered it. He has a grace about him, it's really cool to see. Also cool to see how he can gracefully pull off movements like when he's standing on his head. That takes a lot of strength, and it's amazing to see. Especially when one considers how much he weighs!

Soft Pastels Bodybuilding IS an art. It’s sculpture with muscles instead of stone.

Kai’s got to do this routine one more time before he retires, so beautiful the way he put his entire being into the routine, funny how you hear laughs at first then dead silence then screams and cheers, what if Kai would’ve fell victim to other people’s beliefs!! Saw this years ago, and still no one has surpassed this routine!

Absolutely amazing. An incredible athlete, and an incredible performer. He plays it for the fans!!!

To see this man preform wasn’t only a bodybuilding competition but a true work of art and talent being displayed

This seems to be Kai's best shape ever imo. Before blowing up into Mr Olympia mass monster size, this version looks more aesthetic, proportional and graceful. More defined cuts and overall aesthetics

***** It's not the weight. GH gut is from abusing Growth Hormone, which causes all internal organs to grow too much, hence the huge gut. It's not fat, because he has very low bodyfat anyways.

***** I think it depends on person. Some guys have health problems after they stop, and some guys are perfectly healthy, so it depends. It also helps not to stop in one day, but gradually diminish doses and prepare body for drug free life. It also depends what kind of steroids they take and how much. It's a lot of factors to consider.
