Этот знаменитый танцор, видео которого облетело весь интернет с 2010 года, по настоящему прекрасен....даже спустя 8, если это его доченька, то она маленькая гавайская жемчужина.....

They got to see *full stop* that they are not above the law. They REALLY and truly thought that being white and whining would save the day for them. Then the first Karen stood there and lied and played dumb. Then took advantage of her hall pass to get her ID. And STILL did not believe she would be arrested. Kudos to that officer for doing the right thing even with the full peanut gallery all in his ear. ~ ~ ~ Lesson of the day to the *Kackle of Karens:* Do not give alcohol to a child. Even your own. And follow the officer's orders.

Are you asking about the name of the halau? Ke kai o kahiki? Its a halau that traces the hawaiian and polynesian roots back through pacific navigation and population of ancient Hawaii, in some ways similar to Polynesian Voyaging Society and the canoe around world voyages of Hokuleʻa. Ke Kai means “The Sea” o Kahiki means “Of Tahiti”. Original Hawaiian islands inhabitants came by canoe, bringing their Polynesian religion, language, navigation skills, chants and of course hula. They lived by oral tradition, educating and passing knowledge through chants, songs(mele) and dance (hula), Post contact with whalers, sailors, missionaries, the language was written-immeidately creating one of most literate societies on earth. Hawaii population had more printing presses, newspapers and reading population. That also created a need to preserve and perpetuate the hula & chant/mele traditions! Kahiko means “ancient”, relating to hula and chants in the ancient traditions of Hawaiis monarchy and earlier still¯ I hope that answers your question.
