The sound of the spatula sliding against iron is so relaxing for me.

What were those things that he added on top of the fried rice at 15:30 ? Were they maggots or something else???

Always Respect Japanese passion-incorporated cuisine. But it takes more than 5mins to cook a eggplant edge and a asparagus stick????????

Other than the cook demonstrating his skills in using the spatula, I find no other merits.

Golly ... I hate to see such impoverished people that they can only afford one asparagus spear and a ratty looking slice of squash. Terrible. But, I guess that's their choice! (Just trying to be funny - it is somewhat surprising to see how economical they are with vegetables, and how much they splurge on rice ... rice, more rice ... everywhere! Turning that one, lonely, asparagus spear over so carefully, covering it with a $50 dollar copper dome, watching it like a hawk. Gees ... I boil a dozen of those at a time, serve with a pound+ of t-bone and a baked potato with sour cream and chives - lots of butter. Then for the main course, you can't beat roast pork with candied apples, baked tomatoes, fresh bread, turnips, corn on the cob, yams, peas, and Coca-Cola. Then dessert!)
