Seeing them go their seperate ways is the hard thing about reality. You can build such a strong bond with someone, but sadly in the end, you'll be going your separate ways. By far, the best sports anime for me.

You know its a good anime when the anime ended its like something is missing in you

the "Your the reason I became who I am now!" hits hard.

Seeing other ppl cry makes me feel better cause I was sobbing

How I wish there's a sequel!! There's so much they could do! Many sports anime stop at high school, but there's so much more story that could be told! Just imagine, Them playing in university, going Pro, with kagami, akashi and aomine in the NBA, Murasaki and midorima in Spain with Barcelona and real Madrid, kise in Italy with juventus,. Kuroko in the j league. Show the life as an adult and pro players, them playing together in the national team in the Olympics and fiba world cup, so many stories still to be told!! Ah!!

I don't think Akashi and Midorima will play as pro. Akashi is definitely becoming a CEO or politician. Not sure about Kise. Aomine, Kagami and Murasakibara are the gems of Japanese basketball, so they should go pro. And about Kuroko, he can make billions being an assassin, lol.

The sequel should be Haizaki transfer to Seirin to play with Kuroko. A redemption arc, yay! He would learn to respect the senpais and surpass himself :)

I would have liked both Kagami and Aomine to have gone to the United States together, don't get me wrong, it's a beautiful ending, but it seems unfair that only Kagami is applying to the NBA

Although this scene is emotional but isn't anyone questioning this? First of all, he's not directly joining the NBA. The candidate needs to pass high school and have a degree. How could Kagami leave like this? It doesn't make sense. It was a given that he would stay in Seiren for 3 years and graduate high school from there. It would have made a lot of sense if he went there AFTER he graduated from Seiren. To leave in your 2nd year is like breaking a promise he made to Kuroko in the 1st season. I mean why come to Japan for 1+ year if he really had to leave. It doesn't add up. Also, in the manga he doesn't leave and stays with Seiren so I'm going for that ending, sorry. This ending just wanted to make us audience feel emotional for Kuroko and Kagami. They could have easily shown this scene AFTER they all graduated.
