Also after that he kept destroying him until hes blue weird lights became red and was gonna kill him in 1 blow but he hurt himself while kafka getting out of the body with finding mina I think in light then blah blah found in hospital he just njow needs to help civilians to kill kaijus

I think the parasite took over because that's what parasites do for survival in real life, they take over their host and force it to act to their benefit. In this instance Kafka wasn't fighting to survive like an animal would when faced with a foe, instead he was fighting based off human ideals which would have ended up getting him killed. This is likely the reason for the parasite taking over, because the death of the host means the death of it as well. If the parasite was planning to take over so he could devour the captain, then I believe the parasite would have taken over when Kafka fought Kaiju number 9, but it didn't. And the only reason I can think of is that Kafka was fighting number 9 with the intent to kill, to survive, whereas he wasn't with the captain.

yeah maybe? but why fight? the parasite knows how to fly, no one can do that iron man stuff that kafka does, thats the DEFENCE FORCE HQ, theres captains every where, also theres numbers weapons more powerful than the generals kaiju no. 2 weapon, surely the parasite can feel all the there numbered kaijus/weapons around the base. if its for survival fighting makes zero sense. also kaiju generally dont fight unless its a territorial dispute.
