ഡബിൾ റോൾ എന്നാൽ വെറും ക്യാമറാട്രിക്ക് മാത്രമല്ലെന്ന് കാണിച്ചു തന്ന നടൻ.The Iegend സത്യൻ സാർ. സിനിമ വളരെ ഇഷ്ടമായി. ഒപ്പം വളരെ അർത്ഥവത്തായ പേരും; കടൽപ്പാലം. അവസാന ഭാഗത്ത് രഘു അച്ഛനെയും കടൽപ്പാലത്തെയും ബന്ധപ്പെടുത്തി പറയുന്ന വാക്കുകൾ ശരിക്കും മനസിനെ പിടിച്ചുലയ്ക്കുന്നു. ശേഷം ആ കുടുംബത്തിനെന്തു സംഭവിക്കുന്നു എന്നറിയാൻ വല്ലാത്ത ഉത്കണ്ഠയും.

മമ്മൂട്ടി വലിയ നടൻ തന്നെ എന്നാലും കടൽപ്പാലത്തിലെ തമ്പിയെ അതേ ശക്തിയോടെയും സൗന്ദര്യത്തോടെയും അദ്ദേഹത്തിനു ചെയ്യാൻ കഴിയുമെന്നു വിചാരിയ്ക്കുന്നില്ല. പളണ്ടിയെ അമരത്തിൽ പരാവർത്തനം ചെയ്തപ്പോൾ ആ വ്യത്യാസം കണ്ടതാണ്. കാരണം ക്ലാസിക്കുകൾ ആർക്കും ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ കഴിയില്ല. ക്ളാസ്സിക്കായ ഒരു നടനേ യും. സത്യൻ കാലം സൃഷ്ടിച്ച ലോക സിനിമയിലെ ക്ളാസ്സിക്ക് നടനാണ്
