Bangladeshi kacha golla. Mashallah. Recipe from my country. We never use powder milk in our authentic recipe. Only chana(cottage cheese). Self made chana. We use. Best sweet in the the world.

WOW wonderful recipe

I tried the recipe and it came out very good MashaAllah . Same as the shop ones . It’s just that the cheese took much longer time to cook at the end and come off the spoon and the pan . I had to keep stirring it for a long time . But end result was amazing . It was worth all that effort. Thanks for the recipe .
