What an amazing work atmosphere, I would love to work here!
Kabbage made a wrong calculation on my PPP loan. I returned the loan on June 4 so that they could update my loan amount. Finally reached Kabbage customer service on June 16 and found Kabbage did nothing after receiving the returned money on June 4. Kabbage rep told me that they would investigate and email me the same day. Now it is the June 17, no email and no response. It is very difficult to reach Kabbage by phone. I've called more than ten times, and almost every time, the line goes dead and I cannot reach customer service. Never had this kind of experience before. What an amazing culture! How Kabbage takes care of its customer!
