The problem with reggae music was/is that it peaked. It reached it's Max around 20 -30 years ago. But that's a hard pill to swallow. Because people want more music and want to move forward. But to move forward is to change it's peak/perfection. When I said it reach it's Peak I mean it found perfection. While other genres were still growing reggae had matured and found the end of it's life. So you have a choice, keep making the same music or change it. That is why modern reggae in the last 15 years has been garbage because it's very hard to build upon perfection. But this song found a way how to do that. Let's hope these up and coming artists are taking notes.

I have been following Kabaka pyramid for a while now and I'm so proud of his growth. Positive music and hard work equal success. I took my friends to see him perform in Salisbury Massachusetts, it was their first time at a live reggae concert, as soon as the concert was finished we all booked the 2022 welcome to jamrock cruise because they wanted more. Keep up the good work brother.
