ကန်ဇွန်းဥ သာကူကျိုနဲ့ ကန်ဇွန်းဥလုံး | Purple Sweet Potato Sago dessert

This vibrant Sweet Potato Sago, simple yet delicious dessert, is highly nutritious and so easy to make at home.
It can be served hot or cold together with chewy rice balls made of honey sweet potato.
Ingredients
▪️1 Purple sweet potato (250 g)
▪️1 Honey sweet potato (250 g)
▪️Sago /Tapioca pearls 1/2 cup
▪️Sugar 5 tbsp
▪️Coconut milk 200 ml
▪️Water 500 ml
▪️Glutinous rice flour 3/4 cup

    Hello Prin Ren! Actually I was making this video inspired by a dessert I found at some Chinese restaurants. We do have sweet potato sago in Burmese recipes but a little bit different from this version. Also I'll try making colorful Ginataang Bilo Bilo for sure. 🥰
