Just did a trial to knock the pin out. There is a thread in each side of the pin. I used a piece of 10mm wooden doweling. With a rubber mallet. It worked. Please don’t use anything metal. Bolts threaded back in perfectly.

One day, maybe one day, they will produce a complete scooter, one that doesn't have more flaws than a Manhattan skyscraper.

Hello Gi, Thanks for upload this video KZread. I bought Wolf Warrior X Pro on September 29th, 2021. I had an issue with headlight not working anymore after 3 days of using it. I don't have any problem with back fender, or may be, I am just a little dude. But, great video I can learn from it if I want to fix mine. Thank you. Nice informative video! Do I have to replace the rear springs to longer ones If I buy the scooter now? or has the manufacturer sorted out the issue by now?

No more issues, X comes with longer springs now, problem solved

Off topic, sorry! I had to change the tire on my WWX Pro and cant get the tire and rim to go back on without removing the inside washers(the ones that go on the axel and clip into the frame)? Is there any way to expand the rear frame so that the washers can clear the frame to install the rim correctly? Without the washers the rear motor cable binds on the motor hub and frame. Voro has been no help with this!

i got these from my seller for free but also you can find on aliexpress, just make sure they have 6 windings instead of 5, if that makes sense :)

I am trying to change it, but the stock screw seems to be too short... Did you get new screws or you used the old/stock ones?

Do you know if theese fit the kaabo wolf warrior 11, I'm 280lbs and my tire hits the fender going over small bumps with only 600 miles on it

No, ww11 has different springs, you can change only spring inserts to harder ones

Are u hammering a Alan key, if not what is it your hammering to get it out, i would of liked you explain this more...

Use anything you like, just the size should be righ, the one which goes inside the rod, i used allen key and screwdriver

They are probably the spacers Kaabo used to "fix" the bottoming out problem, they should go, one each on top of the springs.

Just replace both spring and pink bars no problem now or with kick stand all good should been from new wish kaboo did what They promised which they haven’t

The easiest way to do that is to remove the wheel

Nice video. Unfortunately this is not a real solution for avoid the rubbing....and that piece of aluminium that holds the springs and the solid steel axis goes through is a wearing part because the axis will expands the hole and 2-3 thousands of kms you need to replace.... I totally redesign it with the original springs and now this is better than the original after 2500 kms but this is more complicated and an average user can't do it... This is a joke from the factory even if they would give it for free but they sell it however it is their fault....

And the original screw is M5*45 mm. Use a longer screw(M5*50 mm) bacause the thread is made from aluminium and the hardness of the screw is 12.9 and that's a big chance to breaks out from the thread or use a M5 helicoil to strength the thread(I did this and after 1000 km the thread of the screws are 100%) and it will last forever. I replace these screws every 1-1500 kms

Yep. I will buy a longer thread screw so there is the same amount of thread, securing the spring holder. Using the original one makes me worried it would chew the thread out.
