Maximum they will get is 3 years in a remand home for grave crimes. In this case they do not have a direct involvement. So the courts will not even consider giving them a sentence in a remand home.

Repeated episode. Anger is an expensive luxury. Juvenile age should be drawn back to 15 years so that such criminal should be treated as adult and punished stringently. Juvenile justice ( care and protection of children) Act needs to be amend to make stringent laws for people under 18. Anup Soni ji is really a fantastic anchor ever on Indian Television. His way of rendering the dialogue so neat and smooth. Keep it up man you are great.

Ye Kahaani mere hi school kisi hai darbhanga ki.. Lekin crime patrol ne kya jhooth dikhaya.. Yaaar asal me ek eng ke teacher they salim akhtar sahab unhone school badal liya tha aur unki koi biwi nahi padhati thi school me. Second jis ladke ka naam anurag bataya gaya uska naam priyanshu ranjan tha.. Aur wo koi 14 sal ka nahi tha 18 sal se kum nahi tha aur uska koi affair nahi tha usi school ki ladki thi arfa jo usse pat nahi rahi thi....uska koi aur bf tha... Uska bhai faisal priyanshu ka dost tha wo arfa ko blackmail kar raha tha uske boyfriend ko lekar itna hi pata hai..

I think still the family is not telling the whole truth. If it was a case of murder because of a moment of anger and madness, then Rizwan would not have asked him to come from back door to avoid CCTV. It was a planned murder, not an act that happened because of a moment of craziness.
