Jo tame aa rite Bhat ne mag k dal sathe bafo tyare Bhat uper dhodu pani rahe atlu pani nakhvanu ane jo map ni vat kru to chokha krta 1.5 ganu pani rakhavu... Ane jo akla chokha banava hoi to 2 ganu pani rakhavu ane khichadi hoi to 3ganu.. ane hu Bhat banavama kyarey ct nathi karti to pan khub saras bhat bane che .. video ma me Puri mahiti samajavi che tame skip kriya vina jarrur juvo atle tame sari rete sanji shakaso.. comment krva badal khub khub aabhar 😊

Excellent recipe. A small piece of jaggery should have been added to enhance the taste. Overall, even this is yummy recipe.

Jaggery , or for that matter, adding any form of ‘sweetener’ is a phenomenon derived from lord knows where in the last 30 or so years! It’s definitely derived from people travelling to Surat and Gujarat, where copious amounts of sweetener is used! It’s definitely against everything “ authentic“ Kathiawadi food encompasses! And people are at a loss why diabetes is turning out to be number one killer amongst Gujarati in the same 3 decades? The correlation is staring people in the face! And good lord- the biggest bastardisation of any dish? Potato dry curries with SUGAR? Double carbs🙈 We have forgotten the demarcation between a dessert and a curry!
