Pazha bajji with kattan chai in rain, covai times (Kerala border). Or morning tea (during sunrise) with warm baked biscuits (sweet, salt) with hill view near Thudiyalur. Banana chips sweet and kaaram, at production place itself evening.

Hi Kani. Any variety of red meat such as beef, pork, mutton have good proteins and bad fat. It’s okay to consume them in moderation. When possible avoid processed meat. Chicken and seafood are better meat options

Hi...the Kari Maggie is so famous in Malaysia...u can cook like fried noodles ..add oil, one adicha garlic😂, periya vengayam, karuvapillai, carrot, tamoto ...stir well add the Kari tull from Maggie paket and add some cili masala n any meen masala then add water...boil pannithonee add the Maggie...cook like half watery ...it will so nice... Malaysian always add fried onions on top while boiling...semme taste ah irukom...I don't prefer the perisa ayam(chicken flavor).... hahax😂

If you are looking for affordable stores, i suggest looking at Walmart or oldnavy. Bit on the higher end is Hudson bay. They currently have discounts on jackets, for example Michael kors jacket is on sale for $197 from $390
