Thank you man, I've made some solid progress on it this weekend.

Nothing more relaxing then stressing over motor swaps entanglements.

I was able to fix my CRV. I commented on the last video and my timing was OFF a Tooth 😁😂 Thanks

Nice one mate! i ended up leaving my abs in, made a heat shield for the pump etc. I believe for the lhd ac you can use dc5 ac lines. Looking forward to seeing more progress. Cheers 🍻

the abs seems to fit. I may remove it eventually. I dont think the dc5 lines will work, but I think the dc2 line kit from hybrid will work

@@hondaresource yeah, hybrid-racing products are mint. Forgot they do ac lines, sadly only for lhd.

Yeah, it's been finished for over a year. Contemplating putting the swap into my other crv and doing a j2k on this one. @@dohc1974

I B18b1 swapped mine! Bought it with a blown motor

Must be okay for the 2005 CRV to add a k24a2 and keep the All wheel drive..

Hey man got a question. My brother and I want to do a K24a2 swap with a 5 speed manual in our 99 crv but I don’t want to buy a $1500 transmission and then it not be able to bolt up to the engine is there any specifics that you would recommend?

@@hondaresource I think what my dumbahh was trying to say in that message is that we’re planning on k24a2 swapping our crv but I think I had to have a certain transmission from a certain one like I don’t know if I thought I needed a 5 speed from another Honda with a k24a2 or if I could just bolt up the 5 speed trans I have from my d series or what I don’t know man like I said I must’ve been blitzed 😂💀

Dear sir I\'m contacting you from Zambia I came across your website from KZread as I was browsing to search for answers. I have Honda crv 2002 with K20A engine which has seen its better days, as it has clocked 200,000 plus mileage. What is happening is that my vehicle has a huge fuel consumption now than before, its taking about 13ltrs/100km which is not normal. I have tried to maintain the service schedule but nothing changes in terms of fuel consumption. I have therefore decided to explore other options of just buying a good second hand engine but unfortunately it seems like K20A engines are no longer on the market. I have found K24 instead, which brings me to my question; can a K24 engine fit in my vehicle? Do I need to buy a new gearbox as well? Your response and recommendation will be highly appreciated.
