This song is a hymn written and composed by a living Taiwanese singer/song writer Wang Ming-Che 王明哲 and arranged for the choir by Huang Yu-Hsien 黃俞憲. The title 苦行的路 means "Path of Suffering" (my translation). It is sung in Taiwanese. I am also a big fan of the NTU Chorus. They did a wonderful job singing this hymn. You can tell many of the choir members were moved while singing it. English lyrics (my translation): The road in darkness is so long This is the path I am on Wind blows, sun scorches, lonely I am by myself This is a road full of trials A road full of trials, one trial after another Resolutely I go forward Star at night, ever so bright Leading me on the path of life The glory of the Cross, appearing in my vision Leading me to follow Him, leading me to go forward Hallelujah, Hallelujah, Hallelujah!
