Why do they not do best of 5 for all of top 8, or even maybe all of top 64? BO3 gives so little time to adapt, does coaching really take that long that they cant to BO5 until top 3?

I think because a lot of black people couldn't get PC's in the 1990s/2000s since they were very expensive(they still are). But they can just go to the arcade, but coins and play fighting games already set up for them. Maybe that's why?
