في هذا الفيديو سوف نتعلم خطوات تعريف طابعه ريكو في ويندوز 7 , 8 , 8.1 , 10 اليكم الخطوات بالتفصيل :
لتعريف طابعة Ricoh في نظام التشغيل Windows 7، 8، 8.1، و10، يمكنك اتباع الخطوات التالية:
1- قم بتوصيل الطابعة بالكمبيوتر باستخدام كابل USB أو شبكة Ethernet، وتأكد من تشغيل الطابعة.
2- افتح قائمة "Start" وانتقل إلى "Control Panel" (لنظام ويندوز 7) أو "Settings" ثم "Control Panel" (لنظام ويندوز 8، 8.1، و10).
3- في لوحة التحكم، ابحث عن "Devices and Printers" أو "Printers and Devices".
4- انقر بزر الماوس الأيمن على أي مكان فارغ في النافذة واختر "Add Printer" أو "Add a Printer".
5- ستظهر نافذة جديدة لتثبيت الطابعة. انقر على "Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer" (إذا كنت تستخدم شبكة) أو "Add a local printer" (إذا كنت تستخدم كابل USB).
6- ستبدأ عملية البحث عن الطابعات المتوفرة. انتظر حتى يتم العثور على الطابعة الخاصة بك.
7- عندما يتم العثور على الطابعة، حددها وانقر على "Next" أو "Install" لبدء عملية التثبيت.
8- اتبع التعليمات التي تظهر على الشاشة لإكمال عملية التثبيت. قد يُطلب منك تحديد إعدادات إضافية مثل اسم الطابعة ومشاركتها في الشبكة.
9- بعد اكتمال التثبيت، قد تظهر رسالة تأكيد تفيد بأن الطابعة تم تثبيتها بنجاح.
10- يمكنك الآن استخدام الطابعة المثبتة عن طريق الانتقال إلى قائمة "Devices and Printers" والنقر بزر الماوس الأيمن على اسم الطابعة واختيار "Print Test Page" للتحقق من عملها.
يرجى ملاحظة أنه في بعض الأحيان قد يتطلب تثبيت برنامج تشغيل خاص بالطابعة من موقع الشركة المصنعة قبل البدء في عملية التثبيت. تأكد من اتباع أي تعليمات إضافية تقدمها Ricoh لتعريف الطابعة بشكل صحيح.

3- In the control panel, search for “Devices and Printers” or “Printers and Devices”.
4- Right-click on any empty spot in the window and choose “Add Printer” or “Add a Printer”.
5- A new window to install the printer will appear. Click “Add a network, wireless or Bluetooth printer” (if you are using a network) or “Add a local printer” (if you are using a USB cable).
6- The process of searching for available printers will begin. Wait until your printer is found.
7- When the printer is found, select it and click “Next” or “Install” to start the installation process.
8- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the installation process. You may be asked to specify additional settings such as the printer name and its network sharing.
9- After the installation is complete, a confirmation message may appear stating that the printer was installed successfully.
10- You can now use the installed printer by going to the “Devices and Printers” menu, right-clicking on the printer name, and choosing “Print Test Page” to verify its operation.
