Sir,What is the rate per cent.

All are telling the same story, the plots are booked in the pre launching stage. The south & west facing (or Phasing ) plots are forcefully sold to the early customers, and the prime direction and corner plots are sold for higher price range later.

Yes absolutely correct past one year I analized so many layout northand East all booked only south and west sites available also all this project for IT and NRI normal people can't buy this prime and prestigious land OMG😔😔😔

KZreadrs think they are over smart by not disclosing the price. The fact is we will stop watching your videos as it is useless for us without a price tag.
