1 tip. Especially for vegetarians. 1. Instead of using egg , you can put curd into the batter. It gives same result. Just need to rest your dough for atleast ½hr. 2. Always use lukewarm water / milk to knead your dough. 3. You can replace soda into ENO. Make sure use regular flavour eno not the lemon one.
