കേരളത്തിൽ ഇക്വലൻസി കൊടുക്കുന്ന യൂണിവേഴ്സിറ്റികൾ യൂജിസി അംഗീകാരം ഇല്ലാത്ത ഇക്വലൻസി കൊടുത്ത് വിദ്യാർത്ഥി കളെ വഞ്ചിച്ചു😲. Ugc Rti : Bharathiar University, Tamil Nadu is a State University. As per available records, the erstwhile Distance Education Council (DEC) had granted Provisional recognition to Bharathiar University, for the academic year 2007-08, which was further continued till to 2014-15. However, no University is authorized to offer technical and professional programmes through distance mode.
No further recognition has been granted to it either by DEC or UGC to offer any programme through distance mode. The information is also displayed on UGC website at deb.ugc.ac.in
It is for information that being a State University, it can operate within its State Only. The university is not authorized to open study centre/off campus centre beyond the territorial jurisdiction of the State as per the judgment of Hon ble Supreme Court of India in the case of Prof. Yash Pal vs The State of Chhattisgarh (2005). Kindly refer the Public Notice dated 27.06.2013 on territorial jurisdiction of universities and other matters related to distance education on UGC website. The UGC has not granted any approval to the university to open off-campus/study centre anywhere.
The degrees acquired through distance education mode are recognised for the purpose of employment in central government and also for pursuing higher education in other educational institutions provided the same has been awarded by the universities/institutions recognized specifically to offer education through distance mode in conformity with the norms, guidelines and regulations of UGC. However, it is the prerogative of the concerned employer/university/institution to take a view in respect of suitability of qualification acquired through distance mode.

Yes. യൂജിസി അംഗീകാരം ഇല്ലാത്ത ഇക്വലൻസി എങ്ങനെ വാലിഡ് വരും. കേരളത്തിൽ ഉളള യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി കളുടെ റൂൾ യൂജിസി അംഗീകാരം വേണം എന്നാണ് അപ്പോൾ യൂജിസി അംഗീകാരം ഇല്ലാതെ ഇക്വലൻസി കൊടുത്തു എങ്കിൽ അത് തെറ്റല്ലേ. നിയമം എല്ലാ വർക്കും ഒരു പോലെ യാണ്. ഒരു യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി യ്ക്ക് വേണ്ടി നിയമം മാറ്റി എഴുതാൻ പറ്റില്ല😂

ഭാരതീയാർ യൂണിവേ ഴ്സിറ്റി കേരളത്തിൽ ഉളള യൂണിവേഴ്‌സിറ്റി കൾ ഇക്വലൻസി കൊടുത്തു എങ്കിൽ പ്രശ്നം ഒന്നാമതായി യൂജിസി അംഗീകാരം രണ്ടാമതായി സുപ്രീം കോടതി യിൽ കേസിൽ ഇരിക്കുകയാണ്. ഇതെല്ലാം അറിഞ്ഞ് വെച്ച് മനപ്പൂർവ്വം ഇക്വലൻസി കൊടുത്തു എങ്കിൽ. ഇന്ത്യൻ ശിക്ഷാ നിയമപ്രകാരം വഞ്ചന ഒരു ക്രിമിനൽ കുറ്റമായാണ് കണക്കാക്കുന്നത്. വഞ്ചന ഒരു സിവിൽ, ക്രിമിനൽ തെറ്റ് ആയതിനാൽ, മറ്റ് കക്ഷിക്ക് പ്രയോജനം ലഭിക്കാത്തതും വഞ്ചിക്കപ്പെട്ട കക്ഷിക്ക് നഷ്ടം അനുമാനിക്കപ്പെടുന്നതും ആയതിനാൽ, അങ്ങനെയെങ്കിൽ, പരാതിക്കാരനായ കമ്പനിക്ക് പ്രതിക്കെതിരെ വഞ്ചനയ്ക്ക് കേസെടുക്കാം. ഏഴ് വർഷം വരെ നീട്ടിയേക്കാവുന്ന ഒന്നുകിൽ വിവരണത്തിന്റെ തടവ് ശിക്ഷയ്ക്ക് വിധേയമാക്കുകയും പിഴയ്ക്ക് വിധേയമാക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. ഐപിസിയുടെ സെക്ഷൻ 420 വഞ്ചനയുടെ രൂക്ഷമായ രൂപമാണ്. ഐപിസി സെക്ഷൻ 417 പ്രകാരം ലളിതമായ വഞ്ചന ശിക്ഷാർഹമാണ് . വഞ്ചനയുടെ കുറ്റത്തിന് ഉത്തരവാദിയായ ആരായാലും ഒരു വർഷം വരെ നീണ്ടുനിൽക്കുന്ന തടവോ പിഴയോ അല്ലെങ്കിൽ പിഴയും തടവും ശിക്ഷിക്കപ്പെടുമെന്ന് IPC യുടെ 417-ാം വകുപ്പ് പറയുന്നു.
