Really enjoyed this interview! The girls were comfortable and their funny and cute self, the questions were so good and I liked that you can tell Sakshma follows and has done her research on Idle, and I also appreciate them complimenting each member. Hope to see Idle perform in India!!

The way Sakshma makes the idols so comfortable and compliments them very well is really so amazing. (G)I-DLE was very happy to be on her show too. Love to see the girls having a great time. 'Tomboy' is a masterpiece!

Yuqi's voice and personality are powerful weapons to help her and the group overcome difficulties

Ok but can we talk about how Minnie is praising shuhua at 13:47 😭 such a wholesome moment, and they way shuhua looks at Minnie 😍🥺😪

Yuqi felt insecure at the start about her voice but never thought that how many of us would die to have a voice like hers

I like Yuqi's confidence,she can do anything well.

Whether you stan Idle or not, you have to admit that their song Oh My God is a cultural reset. A girl-group doing that type of concept, just amazing. That was something else Edit - I have to say that if it was any other group, they would have disbanded by now. Soyeon wrote Latata because Cube was delaying their debut, so she took the rein in her hands. And she continues to do so. With the kind of allegation Soojin faced and Cubes complete interactiveness plus her leaving the group because of this, one year of hiatus with now the majority members being foreigner, any other group would have disbanded. But they came back with a full album with a song that's so explicit. Sk is a conservative society and them making these songs need courage. Soyeon is the next JYP

I just love how the girls were genuinely surprised by the type of questions and references she used for her research, its heartwarming

I don’t know the group. But Minnie really stole my heart with her breathtaking visuals and I’m definitely gonna check them out and be educated about them.

Yuqi's voice and vocals is really attractive

Indian interviews are always more meaningful and the interviewers always do their research so they can ask more specific questions. Unlike some American interviewers telling Twice they’re so unique because they combine singing and dancing together whereas that’s the standard for the entire kpop industry… please have more kpop groups on Indian interviews. We would love to see that!!

Whoever made the subtitles deserve a raise and i always love sakshma interviews cause she prepares herself and talks about music unlike a lot of western interviews.

I think the fact that Soyeon is the group’s main producer is the reason for their success. She knows the members’ individual strengths and does an incredible job at combining all of them to create the beautiful mix of (G)I-dle. Her passion and intelligence is very admirable.

Yes Idle is mostly famous because they always try different concepts

“I think my voice is a kind of diamond!” You gotta love Yuqi’s confidence and her wit to throw in a reference to Soyeon’s line “red five diamonds in my bag”. I also love how she and the rest of Gidle members never forget to acknowledge and appreciate Soyeon’s vital contribution to each member’s growth and the whole team’s success. Knowing what Yuqi has gone through at such a young age, how her voice was damaged as a kid, how she was constantly teased at school for having a loud hoarse voice (imagine being injured and then mocked for your injury? that’s so heartbreaking), how people didn’t believe she could ever be a singer with that “weird” voice, how her parents at first did not support her moving overseas alone to try to be a Kpop idol… These girls all have a lot of baggage hiding behind their bright smiles. A lot of people were, and still are, looking down on them and waiting to see them fail. I think that’s also why the members always support each other and cheer each other up. Who else is gonna have faith in them, if they don’t have faith in themselves? It reminds me of that one line from Beyonce’s song Freedom: “I will keep on running, because a winner don’t quit on themselves”. Gidle keeps winning, because they have that winner’s mentality. Never stop. Never give up. That’s the spirit of Gidle. That’s what Girl Power is really about💪👏

This is the most real n genuine group I've seen I feel.

I'm a new Neverland and I did not know Yuqi could speak this good English! I loved this interview they were feeling themselves. I hope they come to India 🇮🇳 soon . And Sakshma also as so good with them . Lots of love ❤❤❤

I can't believe some people call Cube a small company when some of these trainees just called it a bigger company. . . Although Cube is not part of the Big 3, it is not as small an agency as you think. They trained rookie monsters, and some legendary bands/artists like rain, 4minute and b2st were once theirs. And currently I DLE who will surely be legends in the future.
