想知道是不是所有每一批進口的水果,蔬菜,魚,肉類,加國是否都經過嚴格的檢查和化驗,可以安心地吃的呢?我相信那五個地方的人都是吃當地的土產。您提到的那五個地方的土產是不容易買得到的,但其他產地容易買到的紫心番薯. 柑橘類,提子,魚類等卻常聽到可能有水土污染的問題,有點不放心買來吃。所以我多數是買本國和鄰國的食品。所以想知多一些進口食品的安全性。謝謝。

Pricilla, 我想問一下妳有一集介紹食物導致慢性發炎的,其中一款是米飯,米粉米線等,但我感覺米飯已經是中國人幾千年歷史的食糧,為什麼會對身體有這害處呢?

以前的人是吃粗糧的(全穀), 但現代化後, 出現了精製穀類(白飯), 麵線, 隨之見到糖尿病, 肥胖率都上升. 有機會是增加了胰島素阻抗的關係

人體健康包括很多範圍,其中有內臟器官、肌肉、骨骼…年齢較大也不宜滑水運動吧
謝謝你分享這個題目。片段中提到紫色番薯是指皮是紫色的呢,還是肉也是紫色的那一種呢? 柑 mandarin 是橙的一種嗎?可以代替橙嗎? 提子是紅色的嗎? 今天的魚可能沒有他們那年代的好了(污染),水果也是改造過和受到污染。 也不知道書中有沒有提到那些百歲老人的長相(比真實年輕?),身材(高?瘦?)又是怎樣的呢?性別(女多?)?有遺傳因素嗎? 還有的是那些長壽的人在那城市中佔了幾多成呢? 謝謝。

可以的, 但2隻雞蛋大小的南瓜等於一湯匙飯, 吃得多要減飯/穀類份量.
抗養化食物,除了紫色,還有其他顏色嗎?
最近上網見維他命D好重要,除咗對骨骼好,亦可增強抵抗力,想問如果想食supplement,市面上得Vitamin D3就可以了嗎?🙏🏻🙏🏻
