Sir does surgery required My ct scan report Nasopharyngeal adenoidal thickening is noted measuring maximum thickness of 21 mm compromising nasopharyngeal airway. Visualized Paranasal sinuses show partial opacification with mucosal thickening. Nasal septum is deviated to right. Right inferior turbinate is hypertrophied causing right nasal airway compromise.
