আপু, আমি নিম্ন মধ্যবিত্ত পরিবারের মেয়ে, আমার খুবই ইচ্ছা নিজেকে প্রতিষ্ঠিত করার, অবশেষে ভাবছি স্কলারশিপ এর জন্য নিজেকে প্রস্তুত করবো, আইইএলটিএস এর জন্য টাকাও মোটামোটি জমানো শেষ, চেষ্টার কোনো কমতি রাখবো না, এসব ভেবে যখন একটু স্বস্তি পাচ্ছি তখনই বিভিন্ন মাধ্যমে জানতে পারলাম, ব্যাংকে মিনিমাম ৩০ লাখ টাকা দেখাতে হয়, তারপর থেকে আমার মন ভেঙ্গে গেছে, আমার পরিবারের তো ১০ লাখ টাকা দেখানোর মত সামর্থ্য নাই। আজকে আপনার এই ভিডিওটা দেখে আবেগে চোখে পানি চলে আসলো, হয়তো আমার স্বপ্ন পূরণ হতেও পারে। আমার জন্য দোয়া করবেন আপু।

A student recently refused his Study permit or Visa application. His admission was in MUN and tuition fee per year or 3 nos. semister is approximately 12000CAD. Expenditure per year approximately 12000CAD. Total cost per year is 24000 CAD. His sponsor's liquid asset was 43000 CAD. But he didn't get Canadian Student Visa. Could you please explain the situation?
