Thanks for the whole information. It's now crystal clear that Canada is far better than the USA in terms of getting PR after your graduation. I received offer letters from two different US universities with full funding, but I'll now go for Canada. I don't want to be in such stressful moments after my graduation. I applied to a Canadian university too, and I would have to wait for their admission decision. Thanks again.

Yes, absolutely but remember canadian govt will give PR to the ones having Canadian degree and experience first. So the turn is slow for the case of those applying from USA

প্রথমে ধন্যবাদ ভাই গুরত্বপূর্ণ তথ্যর জন্য। আমার প্রশ্ন ১ :( আমেরিকা ও কানাডা দুই দেশের জন্যই বলবেন) আমি PR পাওয়ার পরে কীভাবে আমার পরিবারের বাকী সদস্যদের কে PR পেতে পারে বা তারা ও কীভাবে আমার সাথে থাকতে পারবে permanently . বিস্তারিত কোন ভিডিও বানালে বা বল্লে ভালো হতো । (পরিবারের সদস্য বলতে বয়স্ক মা , বাবা আর স্ত্রী। এদের মধ্যে কেউ কাজ করতে পারবে না বা কাজ করাবো না) ।

for 1 year masters, PGWP is 1 year. For 2 years Masters or Longer courses, 3 years PGWP is issued

Is this a good idea to move canada for Phd/M.sc after completing M.sc. from a German university? Actually, currently my profile is not good enough for a full funding in canada.

I think it would be better if you go for a job after MS in Germany, and gain 3 years experience. After that, you can easily apply for PR for Canada in future if you want. This way, both options will be always open to you.
