First of all thank you for explaining it so well. I just want to ask that if I have a dataset of Brain MRI images consisting different folders like Glioma, Meningnioma, Pituitary, and No tumor, then how i will apply K-means clustering to identify the class of tumor(Glioma, Meningnioma, Pituitary, and No tumor)?
In a real world scenario, do we have to split the data into train, valid and test and then proceed with scaling and clustering? Or do we perform clustering on the whole dataset?

Train, validation and test splits are done in supervised training, clustering is an unsupervised algorithm.
